INCANTU SARL is a family business with a hotel vocation. For nearly 10 years, our holiday rentals in Corsica, won the support of our customers. We use various rental portals such as Abritel which, if they are of quality, operate without real checks with the hirers, take commissions consequent to our customers and submit us to conditions more and more constraining. This is without mention, scams and bogus advice from other platforms that we want to keep out (Tripadvisor, Bon Coin ...). We therefore decided to invest in our own site, in order to maintain a certain independence and privilege direct contact.
Weekly rental from Saturday 5 pm to the following Saturday before 10 am
25 % of the rent is due upon booking. The balance of the rent is done at the handing of the keys with a check of guarantee of 2,000 euros. This guarantee check is not cashed.
The tenant must return the house in the condition where he found it. It is forbidden to smoke "in" the villas
